Lily, along with two servals, Eli and Savannah, were the last three animals left at an educational facility in southern California that shuttered their doors in 2021. The facility decided they no longer wanted to care for their animals and reached out to Lions Tigers & Bears for help placing them. Thanks to the generosity of our members and supporters we were able to rescue Lily and the two servals, and transported them back to our sanctuary. Lily was declawed as a young cub, and as she has grown older she has experienced ongoing complications from this cruel procedure.
