With a diverse background that includes restaurant ownership and an impressive 35-year career as a bookkeeper, Jody has mastered the world of numbers. Beyond her financial expertise, Jody has also explored fields such as construction and hazardous waste management.

At LTB, Jody wears many hats, fulfilling vital roles like managing accounts, overseeing reconciliations, and handling payroll, ensuring the smooth financial operation of our sanctuary. While she has a deep affection for all our incredible animals, Eddie the Jaguar holds a special place in her heart.
